 PDF's and/or JPEG files are provided via email. Client is responsible for

any printing needs. DWG files can be supplied upon request.

         (from 1 room, to an entire floor - Residential and Commercial)

Includes​ as needed: interior and exterior walls, windows, and doors, fireplaces, and other architectural elements, plumbing fixtures (includes standard toilet, tub/shower, vanity with sink), and interior and exterior dimensions

• Furniture Floor Plans

Includes​ as needed: the Standard Floor Plan, furniture placement (as specified by you, or you can request several layout concepts to be designed for you), furnishings will be labeled and dimensioned.

• Elevations & Detail Drawings 

Cabinet and custom millwork, tile layouts, wall treatments, fireplace surrounds, windows, doors, etc.

• Electrical & Lighting Plans 

Floor plan with symbols for electrical and lighting , fixture and switch connections, and dimensions

• Reflected Ceiling Plan 

Includes as needed:​ the Standard Floor Plan, ceiling height changes, coffered ceilings, drop ceiling grid, sky lights,  etc.

• Perspectives & Renderings 

3D Drawings & Renderings of Rooms, Furniture & More can be provided at additional hourly fees. Monochrome or fully rendered spatial perspective renderings done in digital format using SketchUp.
